The Little French Bakery Cookbook in the news

The latest issue of The Isthmus, Madison’s alternative weekly, features a story on The Little French Bakery. Susan Holding, who received culinary training at the famous Le Cordon Bleu school in Paris, opened The Little French Bakery in her hometown of North Freedom, Wisconsin in 1999. She sold her idea for a cookbook at the UW-Madison Writers’ Institute.  Sweet!
